緩蝕(shí)劑介紹

油溶(rong)緩蝕劑HY-10是由(yóu)多種成膜有(yǒu)機胺和其他(ta)複配物複🐉合(hé)🌈而🏃‍♂️成🌐，此型号(hào)是原劑。

HY-10特有(you)的五元含氮(dàn)雜環能以靜(jing)電引力和大(da)π鍵形式吸附(fu)在金屬表面(miàn)。一方面改變(bian)金屬表面的(de)電荷分布和(hé)界面性質，使(shi)金屬表面的(de)能量狀态趨(qu)于穩定化，減(jian)低💁腐蝕反應(ying)；另一方面由(you)于非極性基(jī)團緊密排列(lie)在金屬表面(miàn)形成一層疏(shū)水膜，使腐蝕(shi)反應得到抑(yì)制；同時它在(zai)金屬表面可(ke)以改變氫離(li)子的氧化還(hái)原電位，也🈲可(kě)以絡合溶液(ye)中的某些氧(yang)化劑，減🚶低電(diàn)位達到緩蝕(shi)❗的目的。HY-10含有(you)沉澱成膜組(zǔ)分，能夠及時(shi)修複由沖刷(shua)等♌原因造成(cheng)的膜損傷。整(zheng)體表現爲成(chéng)膜牢固，緩蝕(shi)優異。

HY-10具有緩(huan)蝕率高、使用(yòng)量少、耐高溫(wēn)、環境友好、應(yīng)用廣🙇‍♀️泛等特(te)🌍點。

油田油氣(qi)管線輸送使(shi)用廣泛；

煉油(you)廠各裝置：常(chang)減壓系統、催(cui)化裂化系統(tong)、焦化加氫系(xì)統等使用廣(guang)泛。

使用(yòng)方法

1.可原液(yè)注入或用溶(róng)劑油均勻稀(xi)釋後注入。

2.按(an)系統處理量(liàng)的5-10ppm注入；前期(qī)注入量爲正(zhèng)常期的2-4倍，三(sān)天後每✔️天依(yī)次按3ppm的速度(dù)遞減至正常(cháng)使用量。

3.本劑(ji)冬天使用時(shi)，可适當用蒸(zheng)汽加熱。

包裝(zhuāng)與儲存

1.     200L塑料(liào)桶，IBC桶

2.     宜放置(zhì)陰涼通風處(chu)。不可靠近明(míng)火、酸堿類和(hé)氧化劑類化(huà)工品。

 

操作注(zhù)意事項

3.     操作(zuò)人員應穿戴(dài)乳膠手套及(ji)防護眼鏡等(děng)防護品。

4.     如遇(yù)本物觸及皮(pí)膚時可用大(da)量水沖洗後(hou)再用肥皂👈洗(xǐ)淨即可⭐；如遇(yù)本物品濺入(rù)眼睛請在現(xian)場立即用水(shuǐ)充分清洗之(zhi)後🔅立即就醫(yī)檢查。

5.     如遇火(huǒ)災，可用幹粉(fěn)、泡沫、CO2 等滅火(huǒ)器以及黃砂(shā)滅火。

The HY-10's unique five-yuan nitrogenous heterocycles will adhere to the metal surface in the form of electrostatic attraction and large PI bonds.On the one hand, the charge distribution and interface properties of the metal surface are changed to stabilize the energy state of the metal surface and reduce the corrosion reaction.On the other hand, the non-polar groups are closely arranged on the metal surface to form a hydrophobic film, which inhibits the corrosion reaction.At the same time, it can change the REDOX potential of hydrogen ions on the metal surface, and can also complexate some oxidants in the solution to reduce the potential for corrosion inhibition.HY-10 contains precipitated film forming components, which can timely repair film damage caused by erosion and other reasons.The overall performance of the film is firm,

How to use

1. It can be injected with the original liquid or uniformly diluted with solvent oil.

2. 5-10ppm injection according to the system processing capacity;The amount of injection in the early stage was 2-4 times of that in the normal stage, and then decreased to the normal usage at the rate of 3ppm every day after 3 days.

Packaging & amp; storage

1. 200L plastic barrel, IBC ton barrel.

2. It is advisable to place a cool and ventilated place. Not close to open fire, acid and alkali and oxidizer chemicals.

Operational considerations

1. Operators should wear latex gloves and protective glasses and other protective products.

2. If the object touches the skin when you can rinse with a lot of water and then wash it with soap, if this item splashes into the eyes, please immediately after the use of water in the site to fully clean the medical examination.

3. In case of fire, can be used dry powder, foam, CO-----2 and other fire extinguishers and yellow sand fire extinguishing.
