二、技(ji)術指(zhi)标

 

三(san)、使用(yong)方法(fa)

  Ⅰ、本産(chan)品首(shou)次使(shi)用時(shi)，應先(xian)預膜(mo)，加注(zhu)可采(cai)用連(lian)續和(he)間歇(xie)兩種(zhong)方式(shi)。對于(yu)含硫(liu)生産(chan)氣井(jing)（無分(fen)隔器(qi)）建議(yi)由套(tao)👻管環(huan)🛌🏻空加(jia)🧜🏼‍♂️注，經(jing)油管(guan)返出(chu)形成(cheng)一定(ding)循環(huan)體系(xi)；對于(yu)常關(guan)氣井(jing)建議(yi)分别(bie)從油(you)、套管(guan)加🏊🏾‍♀️入(ru)；對于(yu)油氣(qi)集輸(shu)管線(xian)可直(zhi)接加(jia)注。 

 

Ⅱ、預(yu)膜用(yong)量計(ji)算方(fang)法：

1、預(yu)膜面(mian)積：按(an)氣井(jing)油管(guan)内、外(wai)表面(mian)積+套(tao)管内(nei)表面(mian)積+拟(ni)👺保護(hu)地面(mian)管線(xian)内表(biao)面積(ji)；

2、預膜(mo)厚度(du)：75μm。

Ⅲ、氣井(jing)建議(yi)周期(qi)性間(jian)歇加(jia)注，推(tui)薦加(jia)藥周(zhou)期爲(wei)30天，每(mei)次加(jia)量爲(wei)80㎏。

油井(jing)建議(yi)連續(xu)性加(jia)藥，推(tui)薦用(yong)量：按(an)産出(chu)液計(ji)算，推(tui)薦使(shi)用ˇ濃(nong)度200ppm。

 

四(si)、包裝(zhuang)、運輸(shu)與貯(zhu)存

    包(bao)裝：200L塑(su)料桶(tong)包裝(zhuang)，淨重(zhong)200±1kg。

    運輸(shu)：防日(ri)曬、雨(yu)淋，應(ying)避免(mian)與腐(fu)蝕性(xing)物品(pin)和尖(jian)狀物(wu)品混(hun)運👩🏿‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏽。

     貯(zhu)存：置(zhi)于幹(gan)燥、通(tong)風庫(ku)房，避(bi)免與(yu)腐蝕(shi)性的(de)物品(pin)混放(fang)，保質(zhi)期1年(nian)。

 

五、安(an)全與(yu)防護(hu)

 皮膚(fu)與眼(yan)睛接(jie)觸：立(li)即用(yong)大量(liang)清水(shui)沖洗(xi)。

 誤食(shi)：飲足(zu)量溫(wen)水，催(cui)吐，就(jiu)醫。

 操(cao)作保(bao)護：戴(dai)PVC、PE或橡(xiang)膠手(shou)套。

 洩(xie)漏：用(yong)大量(liang)清水(shui)沖洗(xi)。

Product Overview

In the oil and gas well produced fluid CO2 and H2S、CI - corrosive medium, such as content is higher, causing serious corrosion of casing, tubing.This product is imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt derivatives, double imidazoline, aldehyde, ketone condensation product of amine and other components of the corrosion and other auxiliary components distribution of liquid in the composition of the corrosion inhibitor. This product has the advantages of high corrosion inhibition rate, low freezing point, good dispersion, good thermal stability, low toxicity and so on. This corrosion inhibitor can quickly form a tight and firm protective film on the metal surface, and has a strong corrosion inhibition performance against a variety of corrosion factors.

This product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Methods used

Ⅰ、 When the product is first used, the film should be prefabricated. Continuous and intermittent injection can be used. For sulfur-bearing production gas Wells (without separators), it is suggested to refill by casing annulus and return through tubing to form a certain circulation system. It is suggested to add oil and casing respectively to the normally closed gas well.For oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines can be directly injected.

 Ⅱ、Calculation method of prefilm dosage:

1.    Pre-film area: the sum of the internal and external area of gas well tubing, the surface area of casing and the surface area of the pipeline to be protected;

2.    Thickness of prefilm:  75 microns.

3.    Gas well recommended periodic intermittent filling, recommended dosing period of 30 days, added amount 80 ㎏ each time.

Continuous dosing is recommended for oil Wells. Recommended dosage: calculated according to the output fluid, the recommended concentration is 200ppm.

Packing, Transportation 、Storage

Packing: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200kg.

ransportation: avoid sunburn and rain. Avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp articles.

Storage: store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive materials, with a shelf life of 1 year.

Safety & amp; protection

Skin to eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Ingestion: drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, seek medical advice.

Peration protection: wear PVC, PE or rubber gloves.
